Need icy-pole moulds
300g natural (or greek) yoghurt
2 tbsp rice malt syrup (more or less if desired)
2 tbsp lupin kibble
1/3 cup frozen or fresh raspberries
1/3 cup frozen of fresh blueberries
Combine yoghurt, rice malt syrup and lupin kibble (whisk works well).
Fold in berries.
Spoon mixture into icy-pole moulds.
Freeze for at least 4 hours (or until set).
